Referrals
At Function First we primarily see clients over the age of 18 years who are self or plan managed via NDIS or have a Home Care package. However if your request is related to home modifications or assistive technology we may be able to assist younger client's who are school aged.
Please note we are a mobile service to the broader Geelong region and come to you at a location that best suits your goals.
